A PREGNANT WOMAN'S BODY

As women, we often feel the pressure of staying fit and looking good, that doesn't change while we're pregnant. And yes, it's good to eat well and stay healthy while you are creating a life inside of you, but it's also good to let your body grow and change on its own way.

With each of my pregnancies I have gained a lot of pounds, and I've had to take my time and work hard to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight. I'm not the type of woman that can say that it's easy for me to to look the same as I was before being pregnant.

But even with all of that said, I can honestly tell you that the changes in your body while pregnant are amazing. In the beginning it's the hardest, since you hormones are crazy and you can't really see a bump, but as the belly starts growing it's absolutely amazing how the body changes in order to crate a perfect little home for your growing baby.

Do stress or get sad when people day:

"WOW you are huge!"

"Are you sure you are not having twins?"

"Your face looks like you will give birth soon"

It's nobodies intention to hurt your feelings and you should not take it personal.

After you give birth, your body doesn't look like before, it's normal, don't stress out, you just had a baby!!! TAKE YOUR TIME.

If you are breastfeeding you might feel very hungry, the reason is because you are burning many calories, so it's important to drink lots of water and eat very healthy.

So, for all of the mamas to-be I recommend staying healthy but not stressing to much about weight wain while pregnant, embrace the change and the incredible way your boy is working. After giving birth take your time, eat right, stay active, and little by little by putting some effort you will get back to your old self.
