5 QUICK AND EASY HOLIDAY GIFTS TO DO IN YOUR KITCHEN
The time of the year to give is right around the corner, and when I started doing my list of people whom I wanted to give gifts to, I realized that I needed to make beautiful gifts but at the same time inexpensive. I started thinking what would make a good gift for teachers, friends, colleagues, etc. that everyone would love, and the first thing that came to mind was DESSERTS!!!
I Immediately called Romina from La Romi Bakery and asked her to give me a cooking class for desserts that I could arrange very nicely in bags or jars and give them to everybody. I went to her house and she came up with 5 amazing gifts ideas that were easy, quick and inexpensive.
HERE ARE 5 RECIPES THAT ARE VERY QUICK AND SIMPLE TO DO
BROOKIES

*NOTE: When you take the cookies out of the oven they will be very chewy (they look undercook), let them rest and they will get better.

Romi gave me one extra recipe
HOT COCOA TUBES
- 1 tsp powdered sugar
- 1 tsp unsweetened cocoa
- 2 tsp powdered milk
- Marshmallow and cinnamon sticks (optional)
To pack all of the recipes we used, cellophane bags, mason jars, glass tubes, etc., with nice ribbons. You can also find cookie boxes, trays in stores like Container Store, Target, Home Goods, etc. Here are some links of some inexpensive and very nice products.

The best part about these gift ideas is that you can do them at home and involve your kids in the process of making the gifts and giving them to their teachers, friends, etc.

I want to thank Romina from La Romi Bakery for giving me this class!
If you ever want to learn good recipes, her cooking classes are highly recommended.
