When the twins were 6 months old I took them on a long vacation to visit my family in Israel, and while I was there I missed my period; I had never missed a period before. I had just stopped breastfeeding the twins that month and had had one period since I gave birth, so I honestly thought it was normal and my body was just getting back to its regular cycle.

My mom kept insisting I do a home pregnancy test, but my husband and I kept telling her that it was impossible for me to be pregnant again. After a few days I made her happy, and we went together to buy a pregnancy test. Before leaving the house we left my dad, husband and twins all napping. My dad and husband had just arrived from a team marathon that lasted 18 hours, so they were going to be sleeping for a while and I couldn't wait that long, so I quickly went into the bathroom and did the test. A few minutes later the result came back positive, I went into complete shock, I was pregnant again!

I woke up Aaron, my husband, and shouted "I am pregnant again!", he barely opened his eyes and told me, let's talk later. He was so sleepy that he didn't realize the huge announcement.

I left the test on the kitchen table and my dad saw it as he walked by. He came up to me and asked, "is there somebody pregnant?" I stared at him, and sarcastically told him, "yes, mom is having a baby!". He looked at me with an open mouth and said "I can't believe it" and then hugged me. My husband woke up and asked me, "did you tell me you were pregnant?", when I said yes his face turned white, he was in shock, again.

Nobody understood the miracle, it took me almost 3 years to have the twins, and this time it took only a couple of tries, the natural way, without In Vitro.

We got back to Miami and I was feeling terrible, I was so tired, taking care of two babies and being pregnant was not easy, but I was so grateful. We did a DNA test to make sure the baby was doing fine and also find out the sex. A couple of days later I received a call from the nurse saying that everything was fine and we were having a girl, I was so excited!

At 15 weeks I started bleeding all of the sudden. The very next day we rushed to the doctor, and after doing an echo he told us the baby had no heartbeat. I couldn’t believe this was happening again, it was like deja vu. There were so many emotions going through my mind, I didn't understand why this kept happening to me. Although the news hit me as hard as my first lost, this time around at least I had my babies at home, which made me very happy and eased the healing process.

About two months later, two weeks before the twins' first birthday, I missed my period again, and this time I knew at that moment that I was pregnant. Telling Aaron and the family was so funny, they kept looking at me like, WTF you are pregnant again?.

For the first few weeks I was very nervous because I didn't want to go thru another miscarriage. We got the DNA test done, again, and a couple of days later the nurse called me to tell me that everything was perfect, and that this time we were having another boy.

At 38 weeks, on May 11, 2015 I went in for my c-sec and had Jack at 12pm. There I was, so blessed, a mom of three under 2.
